Send your profile (CV + short 1-pager on your expertise, domains, and availability) to info@riskboutique.nl. We schedule a short call to understand your background, strengths, and preferred type of assignment.
2. Selective matching
When a new assignment fits your profile, you receive a WhatsApp message directly from us. If you are interested, we will arrange a brief call to explain the scope, client, and context. No endless recruiter calls, no pressure - just professional transparency.
3. Engagement & Onboarding
Once you have been matched, we handle all contracting, compliance, and onboarding steps.
Assignments can be structured as freelance, contracting, or payrolling, depending on your preference and the client's setup.
4. Professional support
During your engagement, we remain available for check-ins, sparring, or administrative support. At Risk Boutique, we stand for short lines and direct contact. We value long-term relationships, not simple short-term matching.
